Empty Cup is a Hubspot consultant which provides technical support to companies using the platform. They wanted to up-level their online presence with a new website that would attract clients.

We undertook a qualitative research project to determine why previous clients had hired Empty Cup, their needs and key criteria for success. We delivered a research memo based on in-depth interviews, and used the insights to inform a new brand identity. We developed website content which spoke to the needs of Empty Cup’s customer base and delivered a seamless, SEO-optimized Webflow site that would speak directly to those considering Empty Cup.

The refreshed website reflects the personality and attributes of the Empty Cup brand, as well as the needs of its customer base, with a structure and visuals that clearly communicate its value. The dynamic, responsive website positions Empty Cup as a trusted expert in the Hubspot consulting space.
